Dirty Anchor™ - Glass Kit
Dirty Anchor™ Glass is a ceramic coating for professionally sealing the exterior glass and repel water on boats and yachts.
Dirty Anchor™ Glass is fast drying, easy to use and long lasting. The coating creates an incredibly slick surface that promotes an extreme hydrophobic effect with a very low sliding angle to keep the glass cleaner for longer and promote added visibility. Contaminants like water, mud, sleet and snow will simply slide off the glass. It even aggressively sheds detergents! The coating is active and ready for exposure immediately with no cure time! The Dirty Anchor™ Glass Kit has been created to ensure you have all of the items required to protect your boats glass surfaces.

Directions:
*Please use the protective gloves provided in your kit in all of the following steps.
Dirty Anchor™ Prep:
1 – Spray Prep, both on your clean microfiber towel and on the desired surfaces you are preparing.
2 – With a wiping motion, clean the surface in preparation of the application of Dirty Anchor™ - Glass as described below.
3 – It is recommended that you test this in a small inconspicuous area first, to ensure this product performs as desired.
Dirty Anchor™ - Glass:
1 - Using the steps above, clean the surface using Dirty Anchor™ Prep spray, at minimum, and either clay the glass surface or, polish with a glass polish, at best, to free up any contaminants lodged in the glass.
2 - Use Dirty Anchor™ Prep Spray after claying or polishing to remove any residues.
3 - Once the glass is fully cleaned and prepared, saturate the suede applicator provided in the kit.
3 – Apply the product in a cross-hatch pattern. Use a generous amount - more than you would with a traditional coating.
4 - Allow this to dwell over the course of 30 seconds to a minute - there is no specific dwell time required.
5 - Once completed cross-hatching, simply take a quality microfiber towel and wipe off all the excess material on the glass until the glass is completely free of any fluids and streaks
6 - It is acceptable to use glass cleaner to aid in this step if the surface is found to be tacky at all. You will know that the glass is completely clear of residual fluids once the glass feels very slick to the touch. Surface is cured immediately and there is no cure period recommended.
