Dirty Anchor® Protect is a clear, nano-crystalline ceramic coating that protect fiberglas and gelcoat substrates from weather, chemicals, physical abrasion and UV rays while repelling water, dirt and other contaminants via a self-cleaning effect. Dirty Anchor® Protect will apply an ultra-hard, inert, durable coating that is several microns thick and imparts a deep, reflective shine.

Directions: Ensure surface is clean and all paint correction is complete before applying coating. Use Dirty Anchor® Prep spray to remove any oils or residues from polishing or claying. Saturate a suede applicator or similar with numerous drops of material from the dripper bottle. Apply the coating to a 3 ft x 3 ft area of the vessel using a cross-hatch pattern with slight overlap to level the product. Wait until it becomes tacky and then gently remove excess product using a clean suede cloth or low nap microfiber towel. Check with your finger to assess tackiness. Do NOT allow coating to come in contact with water for 24 - 48 hours while curing - if it does, remove water promptly. Additional coats are not needed, but if desired, allow at least one hour between applications. Do NOT apply in direct sunlight or to a hot surface. Cure time is dependent on environmental conditions - test product on a small inconspicuous area first to gauge cure time.
